Surprisingly many old tales of how berries, that's blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries have anti-aging properties have now been linked to anti-cancer talents. Other known anti-cancer food are cherries and hazelnuts/walnuts.

High blood pressure is another health problems symptom. Diets rich in potassium and calcium which are readily available in vegetarian diets can be found in fruits and vegetables. Potassium can also be found in fish, foul and lean meat. Milk, yogurt, banana, grapes, potatoes, beans and tofu should be taken in moderation because all these foods contain calcium but also have fat and sodium that cause high blood pressure.
